- Classic Kraut - Green cabbage, Sonoma sea salt, and Celtic sea salt deliver tart and tangy flavors in this classic sauerkraut.
- Emerald City Kraut - Described as “kraut meets pickle,” this kraut is defined by notes of coriander, dill, and turmeric.
- Salsa Viva - Beets, red onions, lime juice, cilantro, and jalapeños provide a fresh jolt of flavor (aka dance party in your mouth). 2021 Good Food Award Winner!
